You will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over the age of 18.

If you are browsing within the UK, prices will be displayed on the site in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. If you are browsing from outside of the UK, please use our currency convertor in the top right of your browser to display alternative currencies.
We may not accept your order if:
a) We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
b) An item you have ordered is out of stock
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between Morgan Clare and you will take place when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched your order.

We may change the terms and conditions at our discretion and by using the site after such change you agree to comply with and be bound by these.
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note for unworn merchandise, within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Swimwear, earrings and items purchased during SALE periods are non returnable. We do not offer refunds for any store purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund providing the item is returned new and unused with all labels and tags attached within 14 days, or following notification of your intent to return within this period a further 14 days will be granted. Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed through this site.
All jewellery is refundable excluding earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact
Goods that are marked or damaged in any way will not be excepted for refund.
