We may change the terms and conditions at our discretion and by using the site after such change you agree to comply with and be bound by these.
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note for unworn merchandise, within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Swimwear, earrings and items purchased during SALE periods are non returnable. We do not offer refunds for any store purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund providing the item is returned new and unused with all labels and tags attached within 14 days, or following notification of your intent to return within this period a further 14 days will be granted. Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed through this site.
All jewellery is refundable excluding earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact
Goods that are marked or damaged in any way will not be excepted for refund.
