If you have account credit and you place an order while logged in, this payment method will be used automatically. You can pay any remaining balance with a payment method of your choice: credit card or PayPal.

 

Processing a Return

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange or refund providing the item meets our conditions for return within 14 days. This applies for both non sale and sale purchases.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN 
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • Items are in their original, unused condition.
  • Packaging is intact (for shoes, the original box must be undamaged and cannot be used as external packaging).
  • All labels and tags are attached.

Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed through this site. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on  any goods that are marked or damaged in any way.

All jewellery is refundable excluding earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Fill in pre printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and whether you require an exchange or refund.
  2. Choose Your Return Method:  We recommend you return these via recorded delivery of your choice and retain proof of purchase. The item(s) remain your responsibility until it is received back on our premises.  Postage for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Please use the original packaging where possible to ensure the item(s) reach us in perfect condition.
  4. Include the Invoice: Place the filled in returns form/original invoice in the parcel with the items you are returning.
  5. Await Confirmation:  Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving goods. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

Please ensure you complete all customs paperwork to state that this is an unwanted purchase that you are returning to country of origin. Failure to do so may result in additional duty and tax charges.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS AT CUSTOMS 

Whilst we hope this never happens, you have the right to refuse the delivery of your order and subsequently the item will be returned to us. However, please note the costs of shipping your order, the cost of shipping your order back to us, and any duties/taxes paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed when the package is received back on our premises and inspected by our e-commerce team.

FAULTY ITEMS

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods. If you receive a faulty item please contact customer services quoting your order reference and details of the fault.

We offer a FREE click & collect service from our Harrogate store at 3, Montpellier Gardens, Harrogate HG1 2TF.  You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, this will then be held instore for 7 days.

Orders can be collected between our store opening times, Monday-Saturday 10am-5.30pm.  Please check for Bank Holiday hours.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

We offer as standard a next working day delivery service for all orders placed before 2pm.

Please note we use a secure courier service that requires a signature upon receipt.  Orders placed after 2pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

NON UK DELIVERY

All orders placed before 2pm GMT will be dispatched the same day using a secure courier service that requires a signature upon receipt.  Estimated delivery times are 72 hours to the Euro Zone and 5 days to Rest of World subject to customs processing times.  Please note we cannot ship to TURKEY due to import restrictions.

Alterations

For more complex items and alterations, we are still able to help. In first instance we would discuss your requirements and advise accordingly. We can connect you with our local seamstress who can rework an item to your requirements.

If you purchase an item online and you require an alteration, please make contact with us via our virtual means or using the enquiry form here. (link) We will confirm if this is something that can be done without contact directly with our seamstress. Postage cost may be incurred.

A member of our team will tailor your item to you in one of our fitting areas within the Harrogate store. Your item is then professionally cared for by our local seamstress while the work is undertaken. On occasions where the alteration is more complex, we may request that you visit our seamstress for a fitting.

You will receive a notification once your item is ready to for collection. If for any reason you cannot make it in to store we can arrange to post your item to you.

A standard alteration will take between two and four days. We hand deliver to our seamstress on Thursdays and Saturdays. In special circumstance we can make arrangements outside our usual process.

Our alterations prices are based on individual items and the amount of work required. Prices start from £15 for standard alterations.

Personal Shopping

Yes, you can return an item purchased through our personal shopping service in line with our store returns policy.  We are happy to exchange or provide a credit note for unworn merchandise within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Your appointment will be held in our Harrogate Boutique, where your curated edit will be presented to you in one of our fitting areas.  You will have the privacy to explore your chosen items with support and guidance from one of our warm and friendly team.

Our personal shopping services are available during our store opening times.  Our first appointment is available at 10am and our last appointment is at 4pm.

Your items will be packed instore and you have the option to choose whether to collect or utilise our delivery service, which will incur a small fee.

Typically a virtual appointment will last between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your requirements.

If you are not happy with your purchase once it arrives with you, a member of our team will be in touch to present some other options and find a solution to your styling needs. If we are unable to find an alternative, you can return the items via our online returns policy.
