HARROGATE STORE CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a FREE click & collect service from our Harrogate Store.  You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, this will be held instore for 7 days.

Orders can be collected between our store opening times, Monday- Saturday 10am-5.30pm.  Please check for Bank Holiday hours.

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY

We offer as standard a next working day delivery service for all orders placed before 2pm.

Please note we use a secure courier service that requires a signature upon receipt.  Orders placed after 2pm Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

If you require a pre-noon or Saturday delivery, please select the option from the drop down menu at checkout.

NON UK DELIVERY

All orders placed before 2pm GMT will be dispatched the same day using a secure courier service that requires a signature upon receipt.  Estimated delivery times are 72 hours to the Euro Zone and 5 days to Rest of World subject to customs processing times.

Orders outside the UK are tax free but you may be required to pay duties and taxes to the import office in the destination country. We recommend that you contact your local import office to gain details of these charges.

Please note if a shipment is refused at customs, the customer is liable to any further costs for the return of this order which will be deducted from your refund amount.
