Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will exchange or refund providing the item meets our conditions for return within 14 days. This applies for both non sale and sale purchases.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN 
To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • Items are in their original, unused condition.
  • Packaging is intact (for shoes, the original box must be undamaged and cannot be used as external packaging).
  • All labels and tags are attached.

Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed through this site. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on  any goods that are marked or damaged in any way.

All jewellery is refundable excluding earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal remains intact

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Fill in pre printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and whether you require an exchange or refund.
  2. Choose Your Return Method:  We recommend you return these via recorded delivery of your choice and retain proof of purchase. The item(s) remain your responsibility until it is received back on our premises.  Postage for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  3. Prepare Your Package: Please use the original packaging where possible to ensure the item(s) reach us in perfect condition.
  4. Include the Invoice: Place the filled in returns form/original invoice in the parcel with the items you are returning.
  5. Await Confirmation:  Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving goods. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

Please ensure you complete all customs paperwork to state that this is an unwanted purchase that you are returning to country of origin. Failure to do so may result in additional duty and tax charges.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS AT CUSTOMS 

Whilst we hope this never happens, you have the right to refuse the delivery of your order and subsequently the item will be returned to us. However, please note the costs of shipping your order, the cost of shipping your order back to us, and any duties/taxes paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund. Your refund will be processed when the package is received back on our premises and inspected by our e-commerce team.

FAULTY ITEMS

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods. If you receive a faulty item please contact customer services quoting your order reference and details of the fault.
