CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
To allow for Christmas gift purchases any orders placed after 3rd December will have up until 3rd January 2014 to be sent back for a full return.
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied we will exchange or refund providing the item is returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached within 7 days. Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed through this site.
Simply fill in your pre-printed returns form indicating which items you are returning and whether you require an exchange or refund. Place this form in the parcel with the items you are returning. We recommend you return these via recorded delivery and retain proof of purchase. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 10 days of receiving goods. Postage for refunds is the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE THE EUROZONE:
Please ensure you complete all customs paperwork to state that this is an unwanted purchase that you are returning to country of origin. Failure to do so may result in additional duty and tax charges.
Please Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels and ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Goods must be returned in the original packaging with all enclosed documentation. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any goods that are marked or damaged in any way.
You are entitled to a refund including postage for faulty goods returned within 30 days. If you receive a item please contact customer services quoting your order reference and details of the fault. we will advise you how to proceed Once the fault has been verified we will refund via the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the goods.
